Are there any deposits?

A deposit is required to lock in your event date. Contact us for your preferred payment method.

 

The remaining balance is due a week before your event.

Yes. We need to cover the extra Wear & Tear on our equipment.

There is an additional charge of $75 per 100 people.

last minute booking?

Yes. Depending on location, we will need a minimum of 24 - 48hr notice.
​
We accept last-minute bookings if dates are available. However, please keep in mind depending on distance, all props might not be available.
​
($50 late booking fee applies).

receiving your Videos / Files ?

Absolutely. All Videos & Photos are sent to you via an E-mail link.

You can download your entire event from an online gallery to your computer.

How long do you
need to setup?

Our basic package usually requires an hour or so to set up the Machine, Lighting, and other Equipment before your event start-time.

Setup varies based on the package you purchase and equipment/props used for your event.

REFUND & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Effective as of August 31, 2022

I need to change, CANCEL my event

That is perfectly fine; we ask you to give us a 24hr notice to see if another event is scheduled for the same day.

This will allow us time to lock in your event before another booking.

What if the weather is bad

Nobody can predict the weather, but you are responsible for checking the conditions on the day of your event.
​
Don't worry; we will hold your funds as a credit to your rescheduled date.

How long does a refund take ?

Depending on the payment method, it can take anywhere from 24 - 48 hrs.
​
Credit card payments may take longer due to processing times.
